Even if SD means Stable Diffusion, I doubt it's Stable Diffusion as a model.
Oh didn't know that tag wasn't for stable diffusion in general and for a specific version. That name is kinda misleading lol. I'll remove it cause idk how you are supposed to find the specific version with just sd in the commentary
