has:metadata returns results even when all empty

If AI Metadata is updated on a post with all blank fields (i.e. just opening the submission dialogue and hits submit), searching with has:metadata will yield that post. For example, as a test I did: id:38180 has:metadata
This is especially confusing when the AI metadata isn't displayed on the page itself (it will only display once at least one of the fields are filled in).

Were you able to produce this kind of result with other posts too?

Yes, this can be done with any post.

Was this fixed? Seems like I can't reproduce this now. Noticed when I moved the erroneous metadata into the commentary in post #39076.

Yeah, the query now requires any field be nonblank instead of just a row in the table existing. I'm worried it'll be slower but we'll see.
