Halo tags

BURs for halo tags.

I think [color]_halo tags should be kept even if theyre not populated right now.

I really don't think the specific ones (read: the ones that are 100% populated by Blue Archive on Danbooru) are useful.

On danbooru, 183000/240000 halo posts are also tagged blue archive.
On aibooru, 2300/2800 halo posts are also tagged blue archive.
Should I remove them and you can deprecate the tags? I'd rather not though because I think blue archive is popular enough that they'll be populated eventually.

Halo on its own is a generic concept. You see plenty in other copyrights. Compare it to something like winged halo, which on Danbooru has 547 posts, 531 of which are Blue Archive. Aqua halo is 100% Aris, and isn't even consistently tagged (most of -aqua_halo aris_(blue_archive) should have it). This is not useful.

That's a problem with aqua tags in general. I'll just split the BUR.

But as long as they exist it is better to have them implicated right?
