That may be the case for the more realistic pieces posted, but it doesn't apply to anime-styled works like post #993. Getting rid of the lips tag means no way to distinguish these two.
Again, I think I was being hasty here. However, I will note that while not common, you do have cases like post #469 which is anime-styled and has distinguishable lips.
I'll go ahead and reject this though and we'll go from there.
