Workflow:
Initial image generated with NoobAI-XL
Inpainted a lot of areas to get it more accurate to the OC, as well as added the hand for the lantern
Editing in Photoshop for even more fixing and added the hat's stars cutout. Messed with the bottom of the lantern, AI made it looks better initially but now it looks more flat, oops
Upscaled with NoobAI-XL w/ R-ESRGAN 4x+ Anime6B (Denoise 0.3)
Some minor edits in Photoshop
Sketched a better ear with Photoshop, inpainted and added final fixes to it in Photoshop again
