Not exactly the type of clothes you'd wear outdoors during winter, but I can imagine genning her with this outfit for indoors stuff. It's warmer than a short-sleeved shirt and a pair of shorts, at least.
If I had to give her a proper winter outfit, I'd maybe adapt her grey military dress from post #130636 into a coat and have her wear it over this outfit.
