The original design/outfit was created by AjamNova. I absolutely loved the design, and one day I want to draw a hand-made fanart that truly does it justice. (I've been practicing really hard for that.)
The image was originally generated with ChatGPT. Once again, I'm amazed by how much it has improved. Up until last year, ChatGPT was incapable of making fanart of this character, but now it can reproduce all of the details.
However, ChatGPT originally made the mistake of drawing both of Chen's cat tails on her pubic area. I had to manually edit the image and redraw the tails on the correct side BY HAND.
Finally, I upscaled the image using Mango 2 to remove any traces of the edits, and then I manually retouched the outfit and the car to give them a brighter, more metallic finish, software used: Paint.net
