The image was originally generated with ChatGPT. Once again, I'm amazed by how much it has improved. Up until last year, ChatGPT was incapable of making fanart of this character, but now it can reproduce all of the details.
I upscaled the image using Mango 2. Finally, I added the neon lights and the reflections on the car using a graphics tablet.
