体育座り taiikuzuwari
Wrapping one's arms around one's own legs, usually in a sitting position. Sometimes used to express melancholy or contemplation.
This tag also includes taiikuzuwari ("sports sitting"), a manner of sitting practiced by Japanese students in gym classes.
