Like midriff peek, this tag is for when a small amount of the (usually lower) back is visible, or is unintentionally exposed by clothing that would normally cover it. T-shirts and untucked shirts are prone to expose a bit of the lower back, especially when bent over, leaning forward or lifted by the wind.
