入浴 水浴び
The act of cleaning the body in a bath, usually in a bathtub in a bathroom or in an onsen, with the body partially submerged in some fluid.
If the body is not partially submerged but the character is still cleaning their body, they are most likely either showering or simply wiping themselves.
