A character from Honkai Impact 3rd. Voiced by Inoue Marina. Also goes by the nickname "Miss Pink Elf ๐ ๐ ฅ๐ ฎ". She was a member of the Thirteen Flame Chasers, being the 2nd, code-named: "Ego".
Elysia appears at the end of Chapter 25 to greet Raiden Mei and guide her through the memories of the Flame Chasers.
It was later revealed that she was in fact the Previous Era's 13th Herrscher.
