A convertiblesports car produced by Fiat from 2016 to 2019, named for 1966-1985 Fiat 124 Sport Spider.
The modern 124 Spider was created in collaboration with Mazda, using a modified version of the ND MX-5 platform, designated as the NE or NF platform. Due to it's connection with the MX-5 going so far as to use the same format of designation codes, the 124 Spider gained the nickname "Fiata," and is often considered an honorary MX-5 by enthusiasts.
