As she is the world's everything and the world is her everything, Histoire can be seen as the goddess of all Gamindustri. Fittingly enough, she has all the world's knowledge and can change it, though not without the power of at least another goddess. Histoire guides Neptune, IF, and Compa throughout Gamindustri during the events of Choujigen Game Neptune to help her be released from the seal that was placed on her by the main antagonist Magiquone, enlist the help of the three other goddesses, and save the world from destruction.
In Choujigen Game Neptune mk2, she is the Oracle of Planeptune and watches over the people of that landmass while Neptune, Planeptune's goddess, is still in the Gamindustri Graveyard. By this time, Histoire has apparently saved Planeptune from decline many times, and is seen by the citizens of Planeptune as a great leader.
She and Magiquone were once friends until Gamindustri was split into four.
