    ジャーヴィス(艦隊これくしょん) ジャーヴィス(艦これ) ジャーヴィス Jervis

HMS Jervis, pennant number F00 from 1938 to 1940 and G00 during World War II, as depicted in the game Kantai Collection. Jervis is the game's first wartime Allied destroyer.
Character design by Konishi (koconatu), voiced by Touyama Nao.

    Appearance and personality

Jervis is depicted with typical Caucasian features as commonly pictured of Britons by the Japanese: Long blonde hair with blue eyes. She wears a white sailor dress with a black cropped blazer over it. She also dons white gloves, a white sailor hat, long white socks, and Mary Janes. Among her rigging are her three QF 4.7-inch Mark XII guns. She also holds a cannon gun.

Jervis made her first official appearance in the game during the Winter 2018 event. Before this, she appeared together with Warspite and Ark Royal in a visual shown at a program during the 2017 Zuiun Festival at the Fuji-Q Amusement Park.

Jervis sometimes calls herself "Lucky Jervis," a historical nickname coined due to the fact that despite of her long service record spanning five and a half years and 13 battle honors with instances of damage and repairs along the way, not one of her crew was lost to enemy action. She backs it up with her 55 luck at Kai (3rd highest base luck, behind Yukikaze [60] and Warspite [70] and in front of Hatushimo [53] and several with 50 luck).

    History

The real-life Jervis served much of her career in the Mediterranean, escorting convoys and attacking land targets, as well as attacking several Italian convoys. She was present at the Battle of Cape Matapan where she assisted in the sinking of Zara, and finished off Pola after taking off her remaining crew. She also took part in the D-Day landings, then served on patrol duty before being sold for scrap in 1949.

She received 13 battle honours, surpassed only by Warspite.
