A condition where the penile foreskin cannot be fully retracted from the head of the penis. The term may also refer to clitoral phimosis, whereby the clitoral hood cannot be retracted, limiting exposure of the glans clitoridis.
In pre-adolescence, the foreskin is adhered to the glans penis, gradually separating before adulthood, leading to a similar depiction for pre- and pubescent characters.
For tagging purposes, this is applicable when the prepuce is not depicted as fully retracted during an erection.
