Whether during consensual sex or rape, the receiver either:
dreads being cummed inside/getting pregnant,
expresses that they must not be cummed inside (e.g. begging, demanding, explaining that they are fertile), or
the receiver is cummed inside and clearly does not want it (e.g. anger, horror)
This is almost always communicated through thought bubbles or dialogue. The risk of impregnation can be implied or stated.
Do not simply add this tag to cases of rape cum_in_pussy unless the receiver clearly objects not just to being raped, but to being cummed inside and/or forcibly impregnated.
