Dorothy has blue eyes and short and curly blue hair, some of which reaches between her eyes, with a single braid on the right. Usually wears Paprika Private Academy school uniform.

Her default PriPara outfit consists of white sailor hat with a star attached to the side, a short white dress with a blue collar, puffy short sleeves, a red bow attached to the collar and a blue bow as well as a white belt at the waist area, wrist cuffs, blue thighhighs and blue high heel boots.
