東方輝針城 (Touhou Kishinjou - lit. "Eastern Castle of Shining Needles")
The fourteenth cardinal Touhou game, announced by ZUN on 11 May 2013.
It features the return of Izayoi Sakuya as a playable character, joining the usual protagonists Hakurei Reimu and Kirisame Marisa. The plot involves the three girls' trademark weapons all behaving oddly, as if they have minds of their own. The game is, in ZUN's own words, "Neither novel or retro, an ageless neo-retro danmaku shooter."
The three-level demo was released 26 May 2013 during Reitaisai 10.
Full version was released on 12 August 2013 during Comiket 84.
