Simply put, an extra mouth on a character, although there must be the presence of two mouths or more on a character to achieve this tag, they do not have to be on or near the face or look human. The pokemon Mawile (mega form included), Berserker form Ryuuko from Kill La Kill, and Filia from Skullgirls would all usually fall under this tag.
