garter straps
Straps that connect a garter belt to thighhighs to keep the thighhighs from falling down. This tag is used when only the garter straps are visible, not the entire garter belt.
Note: Do not use garter belt with this tag. If only the straps are visible, use garter straps. If both the straps and the belt are visible, use garter belt instead.
