Seat 25 in Negi Springfield's class. She is perceived as a very reserved person, also very unsocial and very grumpy. She is not afraid to express her annoyance with others, particularly her classmates.
She has great computer skills; which she uses when she becomes the Legendary Net Idol, Chiu! (ちう!), who is a happy, energetic cosplaying girl. Besides her other self, Chisame surprisingly lacks confidence in her own looks.
