Appearance and personality
She's a spoiled princess of a candy kingdom and has a very childlike way of speaking (usually ending her sentences in "-nanora", as well as doing raspberries and other mouth noises whenever something goes wrong), she claims to be always a "0-year-old" girl, she has terrible stamina, and loves retro games.
She is the second shortest member of hololive (after La+ Darknesss), standing at only 140 cm, she has heterochromia, with one purple and one green eye and has long wavy gradient hair going from pink to purple. She keeps her hair in a one side up with a hair ring with a candy hair ornament and wears a mini crown. With her New Years outfit removing the mini crown, it's revealed that she has a small crescent-shaped ahoge under it to keep with her crescent moon motif.
Trivia
Notable for being the most "in-character" vtuber of the entire agency, Luna rarely breaks her own character and will almost always speak in her childish voice. The only few instance where she broke her character is when she laughs uncontrollably as well as when she's upset by other member's "non-ladylike" behavior, such as when she witnessed Haachama's cooking stream.
Despite her adorable façade, she also shown to have a mature side by asking her fans to draw more lewd fanart her, and is indeed usually quite good at whatever she does, including picking up piano skills remarkably fast.
