iron cross
A German and Prussian military decoration medal, most often associated with the Nazi (although several games like Kantai Collection and Azur Lane will use Iron Crosses to substitute for a swastika to make it more acceptable to audiences). Also serves as the symbol for the German Army (until 1939) and later, the German Armed Forces/Bundeswehr (after 1956).
