Kantai Collection's personification of the Japanese light cruiser Isuzu. Character design by Kuuro Kuro, voiced by Iguchi Yuka.
Appearance
The first half of the Nagara-class wears the same uniform, consisting of a Miko-like sleeveless serafuku with shide-like ornaments under the armpits, a maroon collar, a black scarf, a short red pleated skirt and detached sleeves. Several 14cm guns are attached to the user, with one of the built like a bullpup assault rifle.
Isuzu herself has long dark-blue hair in twintails as well as blue eyes.
Initially infamous for her low remodeling level (12), she became valuable for farming, which can give you a radar and enhanced AA stats if used as modernization fodder. For her kai ni, see the corresponding page.
