Character from Osomatsu-kun and its spinoffs.

A scheming man with abnormally large buck teeth. He is obsessed with France, and despite never having been there, pretends to be knowledgeable on it.

He is most known for his "sheeeh!" pose and catchphrase, often used as an indication of surprise. Both he and Chibita were the main focus of the 1980's adaptation and later chapters of the original manga.
