She has green eyes and very long blonde hair worn over one eye. She wears a short white sleeveless dress with white open foot leggings and high heels. She has yellow nail polish and has a diamond-shaped emerald on her chest.
In the game, she is the mother of Lillie and Gladion, and the true antagonist of the game.
In the Sun & Moon anime, she is not an antagonist, but her overbearing demeanor and dedication to her work put her at odds with Lillie.
