Lancer-class Servant introduced in the British Lostbelt of Fate/Grand Order. Despite her initial introductory title as Fairy Knight Lancelot, she is not a genderbent version of him.
She is the adoptive daughter of Aurora. She is actually the white dragon of Britain Albion, reborn as a fairy. She is also Percival's adoptive sister.
