misty (pokemon)

Misty, known as Kasumi (カスミ) in Japan, is a character introduced in Pokémon Red and Green.

A Gym Leader known as the Tomboyish Mermaid, she has an upbeat personality but also acts tough and takes rules very seriously (official bio). Her signature Pokémon is Starmie.

In her LGPE outfit, she has blue eyes and short spiky orange hair tied in a side ponytail. She wears an orange bandeau, a blue and white shirt, grey denim shorts, and red, blue and white sneakers.
