oboro kai (kancolle)

Appearance

From Christmas 2015, Oboro is drawn taller (if not older) than her unremodeled self and she wears knee pads and elbow pads. Her hair is swept backwards and she features three ahoge radiating from the same spot.

For her rigging, she replaces her original 12.7 cm twin mount Type B with a 10 cm twin mount with a crescent moon sticker on the back. It also shows her having a decently sized chest for a destroyer but a bit smaller than her sister Ushio. As for the moon, her namesake is strongly identified with the moon, and she is associated with Akizuki (Autumn Moon), as Akizuki's very first mission was escorting zuikaku with Oboro.
