talulah (arknights)

Talulah, full name Talulah Artorius, is the sister of Ch'en. She was kidnapped by Kashchey and was raised to be his heir. Talulah's beliefs conflict with those of Kashchey which eventually leads to her deliberately infecting herself with Originium. Unbeknownest to her, Kashchey had already implanted part of his consciousness onto her psyche.

During Chapter 8, the player is faced with stages that are flashbacks to when Talulah was a good person and created Reunion with the familiar ringleaders: Patriot, Frostnova, Mephisto and Faust. Their goal was originally similar to Rhodes Island's, but one day Talulah visited a village and discovered that the people who lived there were starving the infected. In a rage she burned the village to the ground along with all of its citizens before coming to her senses and being distraught at what she had done. Kashchey at that moment took control of her mind and turns the Reunion movement into what it is in the Prologue.

Fortunately, moments before Kashchey could kill her body, she regained control. She is now in the custody of Rhodes Island.
