uiharu kazari

A head wreath-wearing character from the anime/manga series Toaru Kagaku No Railgun. She is a friend of Shirai Kuroko and a classmate of Saten Ruiko.

Possessing tepid "wife powers", Kazari's ability as an esper is limited to keeping lunches warm by using her Level 1 Thermal Hand to keep things at constant temperature. However, she is infamous as a fearsome hacker, nicknamed "Goalkeeper", and is invaluable as an asset of Judgment and Kuroko's primary operator.
