Vladilena Milizé, nicknamed Lena, is a female main character from the light novel series 86 -EightySix-. Lena is one of the Alba, a race of humans in the series who possess silver hair and grey eyes, and the dominate ethnic group of her country, the Republic of San Magnolia. Lena has long hair that is usually unadorned and loose, with two antenna-like locks that stick up.

At the start of the series she is 16-years-old, but through a combination of talent and connections has already obtained the commissioned officer rank of Major in the Republic of San Magnolia's military. Lena wears the standard female San Magnolia's uniform, which is a blue military officer uniform composed of a high-collared long sleeved cropped jacket, a white shirt with blue and gold trim, a blue high-waist skirt, a belt with one strap on one side and two straps on the other, and boots. She wears her uniform along with white thighhighs supported by garter straps (the author admitted this was due to his own fetish for garter belts).

At the beginning of the series she is assigned as the handler of Spearhead Squadron and goes by the call sign Handler One. After the events with Spearhead Squadron, Lena dyes a streak of her hair red and wears her uniform dyed black in remembrance of those who have died. She later obtains the nickname "Bloody Reina" (derived from how her first name is pronounced in Japanese).
