Trying to contribute a bit more than just tagging and comments so hopefully I do this the right way. The artist is 'petiteai'. I can't figure out how to make an artist tag, but they made a few generations and then just disappeared so there might not be anymore that people find for them. I couldn't find any other original info but this one of Serena is one of my favourites.
