Reversed it, as stacc name is more obscure than Twitter handle. The Pixiv/Twitter display name can be romanized as "submit it" so it is better in that regard as well.

I ran it through DeepL and it translated it as "Fly to the distant starry dome" or "To the distant starry dome."
As I have little idea about the accuracy, I'm not going to touch this but maybe it's something.
