rename hoshino_ai_(oshi_no_ko) -> hoshino_ai
The tag Hoshino Ai (Oshi no Ko) was originally qualified on Danbooru because of one random inactive artist account that just so happens to use the same name. Given that we aren't going to have any character or tags with this name any time soon, and that Danbooru already de-qualified her tag, I think we should do the same.
We have hoshino ai (oshi no ko) with 86 posts and hoshino ai (user trrs7872) with 2 posts. The artist only has dead links.
I'm fine with disqualifying the former for now, but I'd rather not disqualify for similar cases without large differences in post counts.
Also autocomplete brings up the character first so wouldn't change much utility-wise.

I think we can rename hoshino ai (user trrs7872) into simply "AISanFPS", since that's the name they used on one of their work.
