who decides who is able to flag anything? i have seen illegal posts (real life CSAM) but could not report it.

Blue members can flag 5 posts every 3 days. If it's against TOS, you can probably dmail the mods or Lyren.

there is no option to even report anything for some posts. maybe it is a glitch?

assuming that CSAM = r-loli, and considering that such thing breaks the rules, then it is eligible for a flag according to the flag guidelines from howto:flag

If you believe a post either violates the upload rules [...], you may flag it for review.

That is the problem. I literally could not flag it. And then it disappeared. And I felt like I was going insane.

I am probably just making a matter of things that don't need to be a matter, I will screenshot and message a admin if I see it again sorry to bother..

if u genuinely cant flag anything except ur own things, that seems to be a technical problem; blue people have always been able to flag posts
and that problem per se is worth drawing attention to, u should have the right to contribute in that way as well if u see potential rule-breaking posts that weere somehow missed
