The artist's commentary from the original site has been posted, but it has not been translated into English. The キャプション芸 (caption performance) tag is often added to posts on Pixiv where commentary is provided.
Do not add translation_request unless there is also text on the image to translate. This can be because the commentary consists of symbols or something similar.
Translation of a commentary
To fulfill such a request, click the Add artist commentary link and place the translated title and commentary inside their respective fields.
When the translation is complete, remove this tag and replace it with commentary. Do not tag an image as translated when the commentary has been translated. That is what the commentary tag is for.
If the commentary has been translated but a second opinion is needed, add check commentary.
