An image that has been hard-translated to another language (usually English) by the artist themselves, or by someone authorized by the artist (the company officially publishing a localization, a translator with the permission of the artist, etc).
In most cases the artist posts the translated version alongside the original version. In some cases the official translation may be poor quality, even though it was sanctioned by the artist.
This is different from hard-translated, which is generally done by third parties.
