A South Korean survival drama series on Netflix aired worldwide on September 17, 2021.
The story revolves around Seong Gi-hun, a debt-ridden gambling addict who was invited to the "Squid Game" tournament to play a series of children's games to win a huge amount of cash. He is taken to an unknown location along with other 455 people with financial issues. They later found out that the disqualified participants will be killed, as well as facing physical and psychological twists of the game itself.
