Satsuki is the fifth ship of the Mutsuki-class destroyers in Kantai Collection.
The latter Mutsuki-class wear a black serafuku with a white necktie and a crescent pin on themselves.
Satsuki herself has long blonde hair in twintails, black over-kneehighs and the crescent pin is on her tie. She also wields two cannons instead of one.
